Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

All shipping is by UPS and charges are calculated based on the delivery location.

A $2.00 handling fee will be added to all shipping charges.

Shipping charges will be added to the cost of merchandise in the shopping cart

on the ground basis.

For quick delivery, you can change the delivery options.

Second Day or Overnight Service orders must be placed by 12PM EST Mon. thru Fri.

UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. Customer must provide a street address.
For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico add $16.00 to standard shipping charges.

For all orders $50.00 and over, the shipping and handling cost is free

for standard shipping only.

See below for charges to be added for special deliveries.

UPS Second Day : Add $10.00  - PM delivery only within the 48 states.
UPS Overnight      : Add $16.00  - PM delivery only within the 48 states

All NJ residents add 7% Sales Tax to Merchandise Subtotal

RETURNS
Should you be less than happy with anything you have ordered please return to SkinScientifica within 30 days of purchase date with your original receipt

and we will be happy to refund the purchase price of the product.

We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No Cash Refunds.
Contact: tfivve@skinfica.com for a Return Authorization Number and

write that number on the receipt. 

Enclose receipt in the package and include a note explaining why you are returning the item. You will receive a Return Authorization Number within 24 hours Mon. thru Fri. 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
Send your package insured and prepaid. 
We recommend the USPS.
